The Early Learning Community of Kutztown PA

Dedicated to the artistic fundamentals in a child’s learning process, the ELC wanted to establish their foundation based on the individuality of every child. This brochure was made at no cost for the non-profit organization. The client wanted to emphasize the importance of a child’s creative ability and be a useful tool in the application process to the learning center.
